Terms of Reference for Governing Bodies

As with all corporate bodies, School Governing Bodies work within the specifications of Terms of References. Writing a TOR can be complicated, especially if you are not certain what should and should not be included. I have provided links to several UK websites which provide Model Terms of Reference for governors.
